Job Description
We are looking for a tractor driver.
This winter 2026, we are seeking someone who is committed and wants to contribute to safer and more accessible environments during the coldest months of the year. The assignment involves snow removal at properties in Gothenburg, and you will be working outdoors to keep walkways, doors, and entrances free of snow, with the work taking place at ground level.
The assignment runs from the beginning of November to the end of March. The number of shifts varies depending on the weather, with working hours primarily in the morning, but needs may occur between 06:00 and 22:00, and you will receive clear instructions before each shift.
Work will take place Monday to Sunday, and work on public holidays may occur.
Shifts may occur closely together, which means it is extremely important that you are flexible and can step in at short notice.

* Good flexibility and ability to step in at short notice
* Good physical work capacity
* Previous experience in snow removal or outdoor work is an advantage
* A background check will be conducted during the recruitment process
